The proposed changes include significant improvements in the areas of fees and working conditions, as well as a restructuring of the agreements to create consistency between them.
Ratification votes for the NACSEA and NACMDA are scheduled for June 11-26, 2025, for all Equity members eligible to vote. A complete list of the proposed changes for the NACSEA and the NACMDA are available at www.caea.com (members only).
If ratified, the terms of the NACSEA and NACMDA will each come into effect immediately, retroactive to September 1, 2024.
