2025-2028 Les Grands Ballets Canadiens Agreement Ratified
Equity is pleased to announce the Les Grands Ballets Canadiens Agreement has been ratified. Thank you to all who voted!

Eligible members of Equity voted 100% in support of the proposed changes with a voting return rate of 46%.

Improvements to the LGBA include a 9.5% increase in fees over the life of the agreement as well as other key fee increases and an additional paid work week. Other improvements include better RRSP and insurance benefits and stronger language with respect to working conditions.

The ratified terms will come into effect July 1, 2025.

An updated version of the agreement will be available soon.

Equity would like to thank the negotiating team, consisting of Equity members Sarah Branch, Aurora De Mori, Graeme Fuhrman, Sofia Gonzalez, Oscar Lambert, Daniel Leger, Thomas Leprohon, Carrigan MacDonald, André Santos, and Rose Trahan.
